At Revol Skincare, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free exchange and return policy to make sure you have a positive shopping experience with us.
Exchange & Return Policy
Eligibility:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Items must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Proof of purchase is required (order number, receipt, or invoice).
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items purchased on sale or during a promotion.
- Gift cards and vouchers.
- Products that have been opened or used.
How to Request an Exchange or Return:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at letstalk@revol.pk or call us at +92 314 414 8843 within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide Details: Share your order number, the product(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.
- Await Confirmation: Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions.
Returning the Product:
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Include all accessories, manuals, and any free gifts received with the order.
- Write the return authorization number clearly on the outside of the package.
Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
Processing Your Return:
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your exchange or refund within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Defective or Damaged Products:
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
